Yes. All items comply with IMO and IACS class rules and come with original manufacturer (OEM) certificates or equivalent quality documentation. Certificates are delivered both digitally and in hard copy with the shipment.
Provided weather, speed, and local regulations allow, we deploy a ride-on team via pilot boat or helicopter. A full risk assessment and insurance clearance are arranged by Ship’s Solutions prior to boarding.
We accept SWIFT bank transfers in EUR, USD, or TRY. Approved clients may operate on 30-day credit terms. For critical rush orders we can also process major credit cards or PayPal.
Supplied parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty plus an additional 12-month workmanship warranty from Ship’s Solutions. Should a component fail, we replace it free of charge and cover onsite service costs.
